Individual Truffle(plain or milk chocolate)
- Open to unflavoured truffles made with a milk or dark chocolate ganache; may be enrobed or cocoa dusted. Some white chocolate content is permitted, but any predominantly white chocolate should be entered in the White Chocolate category.
- Natural oils and butters are permitted (with the exception of palm oil) as also plant-sourced milks.
- Truffles must not contain any artificial additives and must be made from natural ingredients.
- 30 of each truffle to be submitted.
Multiple entries are permitted.
