Please note: We will travel together from the factory to the Chocolate Bar. The journey involves approximately a 10-minute walk followed by a short tram ride into the city centre. Guests will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own tram tickets.

Bullion Chocolate Factory is a Sheffield-based Bean-to-Bar craft chocolate maker, founded in 2016 by Max Scotford. At Bullion, we work to set the gold standard for award-winning Bean-to-Bar craft chocolate production, championing transparency, sustainability and fair relationships with growers and consumers. We are proud to work and partner with institutions such Fortnum & Mason, the Roald Dahl Museum, and Grasmere Gingerbread, among many others.
With our ingredient-led, flavour-driven focus, we launched our first Chocolate Bar site in 2024 in Leah’s Yard, Sheffield, followed by a site at Tower Bridge in London in 2025, and Shambles Market in 2026, with the aim of bringing Bean-to-Mug chocolate to the masses.
Together, the factory and cafe embody a shared vision: making world-class craft chocolate accessible to as wide an array of people as possible while inspiring the exploration of the true complexity and character of craft chocolate. Proudly rooted in Sheffield, Bullion and Chocolate Bar are helping establish the city as an exciting destination for artisan food, innovation, and exceptional cocoa.
