Winners of our only GOLD in the Tree to Bar category of the AoC Awards in 2018, Amazona Chocolate will be here in London on and we are inviting you to a tasting of some of their exquisite products and to learn more about Central and South American cocoa.
Accompanying Beatriz Llerena is co-owner Vilsic Bocangel and Hiderico Bocangel, Director of Amazona Chocolate and owner/caretaker of their farm Ecoperlacha. This is where we hold the Peruvian ancestral cacao trees.
Hiderico knows all the stories about them’. Stefano from Selva Alta who will be taking part in the evening’s even, has been working with chocolate and cacao since birth almost! His father was one of the first chocolatiers in Peru.
