Thank you for celebrating with us at the Awards Ceremony
A heartfelt thank you from the Academy of Chocolate to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a memorable occasion. With guests from 13 countries, it was a truly international celebration of chocolate excellence.
We were delighted to announce the winners of our 2025 Golden Bean and Golden Bonbon awards:
Golden Bean 2025: AllYouWant – China Hainan Wanning 70% (China)
Golden Bonbon 2025: Mellis Chocolate – Pandan Makrut (Canada)
This marks the first time that both companies have received these coveted awards, and we are looking forward to seeing what wonderful creations they will bring us in future.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Ambassadors of the Royal Thai Embassy and the Embassy of the Czech Republic for their inspiring presence; to all our award winners for their heartfelt speeches and for sharing their chocolate stories. Last but not least, to Paul A Young (@paulyoungchef) for bringing his signature charm as our MC and, of course, to Fortnum & Mason for their generous support in making this event possible.
